With her global HR experience and authenticity in everything she does, Chéla Gage stands out in her field and in her role as the Chief People Officer with OLI Strategies.
She helps her clients in all aspects of HR – including talent acquisition, talent management, organization development, talent mapping and planning, M&A activities and change management. Her goal is to help organizations get from where they are to where they want to be through the lens of inclusivity and aligning people’s passions with their purpose.
She got her start as an executive recruiter, placing talent for companies in Silicon Valley, and was known as a diversity recruiter. This eventually led to her doing diversity consulting. She has recently worked with several large companies in various roles, including Starbucks as the VP of Global Chief Inclusion & Diversity Officer, where she led a team of 18 inclusion and diversity consultants across strategy, compliance, and partner networks.
She also worked at Reformation as the Senior VP of Talent & DEIB, Pratt & Whitney as the Global Head of Recruiting, and Nissan as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition.Her expansive experience in human resources made an impact and has helped create strategies and move forward organization performance and culture. Her ability to see around corners is key to her success in working across industries.
Chéla is a foster advocate and has found a way to blend her passion and purpose through the creation of Miles Above and 1Million Fosters, which mentors former foster youth. She is a also board member for One Mind At Work, an organization that destigmatizes brain disease.
She received her MBA from California State University Sonoma, a certificate in employment law from the Empire College of School of Law, and her bachelor’s degree in international law and political studies.
Chéla and her partner live in Southern California with their three children, and two dogs.
Melody McClain currently serves as the Director of Benefits Programs within the Total Rewards Department of Levi Strauss and Company. She manages all US health and welfare plans with oversight of well-being programs that cover corporate, retail and distribution center employees.
Melody joined Levi Strauss in 2020 and has over 25 years of experience in benefits spanning several industries including health care, education and consumer products. Prior to working with LS&Co., Melody served as the Regional Manager, Benefits and Wellness for Sutter Health - East Bay as well as the Executive Director, Health and Benefits at City Colleges of Chicago.
Melody received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
Dr. Pike is the inaugural President and CEO of One Mind At Work, a non-profit at the nexus of science and best practice, working with a global coalition of leaders who are committed to supporting workers’ mental health and psychological wellbeing as they steward thriving and high performance organizations.
Dr. Pike is Professor of Psychology at Columbia University Department of Psychiatry and Mailman School of Public Health. She is the Founder and former Director of the Columbia-WHO Center for Global Mental Health where she now directs the Mental Health + Work Design Lab.
Dr. Pike has pioneered initiatives on the global stage advocating for expanded mental health services and translating research into practice in workplaces, schools, and under-resourced communities. Her scholarship focuses on eating disorders, culture and psychopathology, global mental health, and mental health at work.
She completed her BA/MA in international studies and psychology at Johns Hopkins University and her doctoral degree in clinical psychology at Yale University. She is the recipient of multiple honors, including the 2021 American Psychological Association Award for Distinguished Contributions to the International Advancement of Psychology.
A passionate beekeeper, when she is not at her desk, Kathy is likely to be in her apiary tending her hives and doting on the thousands of resident honeybees.
Alex specializes in driving long-term corporate sustainability & ESG strategies, ESG reporting, sustainability communications, philanthropic giving, volunteerism, workplace mental health, and belonging & inclusion. Working with Executive Committees and Corporate Boards, Alex has developed best-in-class corporate sustainability functions and teams, earning top recognition from valued internal and external partners. Most recently, Alex was named as a Sustainability Leader Award Finalist in the inaugural World Sustainability Awards in 2021, and once again in 2023.
Additionally, Alex is Co-Chair of the The Boston Foundation's Equality Fund, an Executive Advisory Board Member of Lesbians Who Tech & Allies, and a member of World 50, a private community for CEOs and C-level executives at globally respected organizations to discover better ideas, share valuable experiences and build relationships that make a lasting impact. Alex was selected as a participant of World 50 Next Leader, an exclusive executive development program for top leaders from around the world, taught entirely by CEO and C-suite members from global 1000 companies.
Tahilia Rebello, PhD, is Vice President of the One Mind Academy, where she leads initiatives that integrate science, research, training, and education across One Mind to drive progress in neuroscience and mental health. She focuses on translating scientific discovery into real-world impact, collaborating with researchers and organizations to advance high-impact research and develop practical solutions, including trainings and educational programs.
With 18 years of experience in mental health, Dr. Rebello earned her PhD from Columbia University, studying the long-term effects of early-life stress and trauma. She later trained at the World Health Organization (WHO) in Switzerland, shifting her focus to public health and global mental health. She has held scientific, leadership, and consultancy roles at WHO, the WHO-Columbia Collaborating Center for Global Mental Health, the Africa Mental Health Training and Research Foundation, and Columbia University, where she remains an Assistant Professor in Psychiatry.
Her previous work includes supporting WHO’s mental health guidelines, managing global research on detecting and diagnosing mental health conditions, building clinician training platforms, and developing programs in East Africa and Japan to address mental health and trauma.
Dr. Rebello finds deep personal connection between nature and mental health, seeing in it a reflection of constant evolution, resilience, and growth. Being outdoors provides her with clarity, renewal, and a space for learning—values she brings into her work, where she remains committed to ensuring that scientific progress leads to meaningful improvements in mental health care and well-being worldwide.
Ann Marie Braker is the Chief Human Resources Officer at ProAmpac, where she has been a driving force since joining the company in 2007. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, she leads global HR initiatives, including talent management, HR operations, internal communications, and ProAmpac’s PRO360 Wellness Program. Ann Marie is responsible for workforce development and productivity, working closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational growth goals. She also serves as a Board Member for the ProAmpac Employee Assistance Fund (PEAF) in the United States and as Secretary of the Board for PEAF Canada.
Recognized as one of Cincinnati Magazine’s “Women Who Move Cincinnati” in 2024, Ann Marie is a passionate advocate for mental health in the workplace. She partners with organizations such as The PeaceLove Foundation, One Mind at Work, and Workplace Options to promote holistic wellness and empower leaders to better support their team members’ wellbeing.
She holds a degree in Management and Marketing from Northern Kentucky University and brings over 15 years of experience in the food manufacturing and distribution sector prior to joining ProAmpac.
As a Director at Meteorite, Sarah works with expert partners in infectious diseases, mental health and ergonomics to translate the latest science into best-in-class tools and resources to help employers take action on workplace health and safety. With over a decade of experience in public health, Sarah is passionate about applying data and behavior theory into practical solutions that improve health equity and well-being.
Sarah received her Masters of Public Health from the University of Florida, with a focus on social and behavioral science. Prior to joining Meteorite, Sarah spent 10 years designing and implementing evidence-based programs in the higher education sector, spanning from 1:1 interventions and engaging workshops to campus-wide campaigns. Sarah founded and led a number of inter-departmental coalitions to unite violence prevention initiatives across campuses and spearheaded university health assessments.
