Extreme heat is one of the fastest-growing threats to the American workforce—putting safety, well-being, and productivity at risk. This Workforce Resilience Lab, hosted by the National Commission on Climate and Workforce Health, will convene leaders from HR, risk, operations, and sustainability—alongside Commissioners and national experts—for an interactive, closed-door session on how businesses can prepare for a hotter world.
Participants will gain practical tools, resources, and peer insights to strengthen workforce health and resilience, while contributing perspectives that will help shape the Commission’s next wave of programming. Designed as a facilitated roundtable, the session offers a unique opportunity for leaders to connect with cross-sector peers, exchange real-world strategies, and leave ready to champion resilience across their organizations.
