As an Associate Director at Health Action Alliance, Sarah works with expert partners in infectious diseases, mental health and ergonomics to translate the latest science into best-in-class tools and resources to help employers take action on workplace health and safety. With over a decade of experience in public health, Sarah is passionate about applying data and behavior theory into practical solutions that improve health equity and well-being.
Sarah received her Masters of Public Health from the University of Florida, with a focus on social and behavioral science. Prior to joining Meteorite, Sarah spent 10 years designing and implementing evidence-based programs in the higher education sector, spanning from 1:1 interventions and engaging workshops to campus-wide campaigns. Sarah founded and led a number of inter-departmental coalitions to unite violence prevention initiatives across campuses and spearheaded university health assessments. Her previous areas of impact have included crisis intervention & suicide prevention, sexual assault prevention, alcohol harm reduction, and gender equity.
Dr. Tracye Weeks serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Mental Health America International and is focused on driving organizational excellence through her strategic leadership in human resources and talent management. As a certified Senior Professional in Human
Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP), Dr. Weeks brings a wealth of expertise in the areas of talent management, employee development, and HR leadership.
With a doctorate degree in Business Administration and Human Resources, Dr. Weeks has been committed to fostering workplace environments where individuals can thrive professionally and personally. She has held leadership positions in Human Resources with for-profit, non-profit, behavioral health and HR consulting organizations. She is dedicated to implementing innovative HR practices that prioritize employee well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Laura is a Global Solutions Lead at Unmind, with a MSc in Global Mental Health and collaborates closely with senior leadership teams across large enterprises to understand their challenges and objectives related to employee mental health and wellbeing. She partners closely with Unmind's science and psychology team to help organizations apply and scale evidence-based strategies to foster high performing, healthy cultures.
Suzi Craig is the VP of Workplace Mental Health at Mental Health America. She is responsible for leading the strategic design and future direction of MHA’s workplace mental health programs. Suzi brings more than 20 years of experience leading strategic planning and entrepreneurial efforts, partnership and program development, and marketing and communications.
Prior to joining MHA in 2023, Suzi was Chief Strategy Officer at Mental Health Connecticut (MHC), an affiliate of MHA. At MHC, Suzi built the infrastructure that created a robust community of partner and donor support, oversaw the successful launch of public-facing prevention programs, including the MHC’s workplace mental health program, championed the CT Parity Coalition, and led the organization’s strategic planning for seven years.
Prior to joining MHC, Suzi worked for Connecticut Public Broadcasting and Connecticut’s startup ecosystem. She began her career in book publishing in NYC. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, a certified yoga instructor, and has a certification from Cornell in organizational design.
Dr. Neil Parikh is the Chief Medical Officer of Thirty Madison, focused on the company's clinical, research, and strategic partnership efforts. Prior to Thirty Madison, Neil was President of Oscar Medical Group and Senior Medical Director at Oscar Health leading Care Delivery, where he oversaw Oscar’s clinic and telemedicine operations, complex case management, and clinical concierge services. Neil is also an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of California Los Angeles, where he has been teaching and practicing since 2014. Neil was recently named one of Modern Healthcare's Innovators for 2024, recognizing his work in driving innovation that improves care, achieves measurable results and contributes to the clinical and financial goals of Thirty Madison and its brands.
